About The Position

ArchWellHealth is hiring an Outpatient Primary Care Physician to provide primary care to senior patients at a community-based clinic in Rancho, Las Vegas, Nevada. The organization’s care model prioritizes quality, continuity, and comprehensive care rather than the volume of services. Physicians have time to build relationships with patients and address their medical and social needs, supported by small patient panels and a care team. This is an employed position with above-market compensation consisting of a base salary and a bonus based on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume. The role is limited to outpatient primary care and includes full malpractice coverage with tail. Physicians work in newly built, state-of-the-art community centers using a cloud-based electronic health record and technology. Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree.
Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active, non-probationary state medical license.
Collaborative approach and ability to lead care teams with a patient-centric orientation.
Confidence in delivering high-quality primary care and addressing patients’ medical and social needs.

Nice To Haves

Fellowship training in Geriatrics.
