About The Position
ArchWellHealth is hiring an Outpatient Primary Care Physician for its senior-focused healthcare model in Las Vegas, Nevada. The organization provides care at accessible neighborhood clinics designed to foster continuity, respect, and a wellness-focused community. Its care model emphasizes comprehensive, high-quality primary care rather than service volume, allowing physicians to spend more time with patients and address their health needs. This is an employed position with outpatient primary care responsibilities only. Physicians receive a base salary and quality-metric-based bonus, full malpractice coverage with tail, generous benefits, newly built community-based centers, a cloud-based electronic health record and technology, small patient panels, and a supportive care team. The role offers resources intended to help physicians build relationships with patients and practice medicine in a patient-centered way.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active, non-probationary state medical license.
- Highly collaborative approach and enjoyment of leading care teams.
- Confidence in delivering high-quality primary care and addressing patients’ medical and social needs.
- Motivation to care for patients with comorbid conditions, elderly patients, and/or medically underserved populations.

- Fellowship training in Geriatrics.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care to senior patients.
- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality care focused on patient outcomes rather than service volume.
- Be available to patients and address their medical and social needs.
