About The Position

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Cape Coral, Florida, to provide outpatient primary care for adult patients within a physician-led, patient-centered value-based care model. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license, or ability to obtain one.
• DEA license, or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Passion for value-based, patient-centered care.

• Experience with Medicare Advantage and population health.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• ACN certification; ACN-certified physicians are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with AthenaOne EMR.
