Primary Care Physician (Family / Internal Medicine)

You will conduct patient-focused history and physical exams, provide basic women's health services, develop evidence-based treatment plans for adult patients, interpret diagnostic tests, manage patient flow with central support, and provide leadership to your team. You will also supervise assigned PAs/NPs and manage a patient panel with an emphasis on quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
- Committed to patient-centered, relationship-driven care
- Comfortable providing basic women’s health services
- Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and technology-driven care
- Skilled at fostering a positive, respectful team environment
- BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams
- Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears
- Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans
- Care for adult patients (no pediatrics)
- Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs
- Manage patient flow efficiently with Central Support assistance
- Provide leadership for your team of MAs and support staff
- Supervise assigned PAs/NPs
- Manage a patient panel with an emphasis on quality outcomes
