About The Position

MDVIP is offering an opportunity to acquire and lead an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The physician will inherit a loyal patient panel and continue a trusted practice legacy while shaping the future of care with professional autonomy and support from MDVIP’s national physician network.

The practice emphasizes personalized, preventive outpatient care and long-term patient relationships rather than volume-based medicine. Physicians see approximately 8–10 patients per day, with longer appointments and a manageable schedule intended to support work-life balance. The opportunity is intended for a physician interested in practice ownership and long-term leadership.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Interest in practice ownership and long-term practice leadership.
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting relationships.

Nice To Haves

• At least 5 years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and lead an established primary care practice.
• Provide personalized, preventive outpatient care and build lasting patient relationships.
• Continue the practice’s established patient relationships and trusted community legacy.
• Lead the practice independently while using MDVIP’s network, infrastructure, tools, and support.
