About The Position
MDVIP is offering an ownership opportunity in an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The physician will acquire a well-established practice with a loyal patient base, carry forward its trusted legacy, and shape the future of care. The practice emphasizes personalized, preventive outpatient medicine and meaningful long-term patient relationships rather than volume-based care. Physicians see approximately 8–10 patients per day, with longer appointments, a manageable schedule, and autonomy supported by MDVIP’s national physician network and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
- Interest in practice ownership and long-term leadership.
- Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting patient relationships.
Nice To Haves
- Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience.
