About The Position

We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who wants long-term stability, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on comprehensive, relationship-based primary care. You’ll have 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of protected administrative time each week, supported by a multidisciplinary team that allows you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Hold or be eligible for a clear and active Massachusetts medical license
• Maintain an active DEA registration or be eligible to obtain one
• Enjoy providing comprehensive, relationship-based primary care
• Value a collaborative, team-based approach to medicine

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, relationship-based primary care.
• Conduct 32 hours of direct patient care per week.
• Utilize 8 hours of protected administrative time each week.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Manage a sustainable patient volume of approximately 2–3 patients per hour.
