About The Position

We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants schedule flexibility, meaningful community impact, and strong organizational support in a rural outpatient setting. You’ll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan throughout Crawford County. You’ll split your time between two clinics located approximately 6–8 miles apart while working alongside full clinical support staff.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician
• Comfortable caring for patients across the lifespan
• Comfortable providing coverage across two nearby clinic locations
