About The Position

We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants strong earning potential, a predictable outpatient schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through community-based medicine. You’ll step into a 100% outpatient role focused on comprehensive primary care. Family Medicine physicians can care for patients across the lifespan, while Internal Medicine physicians can focus on adult primary care. You’ll work alongside an established clinical team in a patient-centered environment utilizing NextGen EHR.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Clear and active California medical license
• Current DEA registration
• Comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Value quality improvement and patient-centered medicine
• Desire stability while making a meaningful impact in the community

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Manage approximately 22 patients per day.
• Collaborate with an established clinical team in a patient-centered, team-based care model.
• Utilize NextGen EHR for patient management.

• Base salary: $275,000–$316,000
