About The Position

We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who wants excellent earning potential, schedule flexibility, and the work-life balance of a 100% outpatient practice. You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on comprehensive primary care while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You’ll have dedicated LPN and Medical Assistant support plus protected administrative time each day, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered medicine.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Clear and active Virginia medical license
• Comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Value compassionate, patient-centered medicine
• Appreciate teamwork while maintaining clinical autonomy

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered medicine.
• Manage patient care with dedicated LPN and Medical Assistant support.
• Utilize protected administrative time each day.

• Base salary: $200,000–$275,000 based on experience
