About The Position

ArchWell Health is seeking a physician to provide outpatient primary care to senior members at its neighborhood clinic in Surprise, Arizona. The organization delivers comprehensive, relationship-focused care, with greater continuity and more time for patients than volume-driven models. Physicians work with small patient panels and a supportive care team to address patients’ medical and social needs, including those of people with comorbid conditions, older adults, and medically underserved populations.

This is an employed position with above-market compensation consisting of a base salary and a bonus based on quality metrics rather than RVUs or service volume. The role offers outpatient primary care responsibilities only, full malpractice coverage with tail, and access to newly built community-based centers, cloud-based electronic health records, and technology.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, non-probationary state medical license.
• Collaborative approach and enjoyment of leading care teams.
• Confidence in delivering high-quality primary care and addressing patients’ medical and social needs.

Nice To Haves

• Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required.
