About The Position
AllCare.ai is seeking Primary Care Nurse Practitioners to provide on-site care to Assisted Living/RCFE residents across partner communities. The role offers predictable patient volume and the opportunity to deliver care where seniors live. The position is full-time, with three days providing on-site care on strategically clustered routes and two days at the Irvine headquarters for administrative and documentation tasks. AllCare.ai provides coordinated in-facility services and 24/7 concierge support, while its platform automates charting and compliance. Annual compensation is $140,000–$160,000, based on experience, schedule, and patient volume. Additional earning opportunities may be available based on coverage and panel needs. The role is W-2, with full benefits available, and mileage is reimbursed per policy. Final terms are outlined in the employment agreement.
Requirements
- Active California Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse licenses.
- Active furnishing license.
- NPI.
- DEA.
- BLS.
- EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and urgent assessments.
- Manage chronic diseases.
- Perform post-discharge follow-ups and medication reconciliation.

- Complete same-day documentation and comply with CMS and regulatory requirements.
