About The Position

St. Joseph Hospital, part of Covenant Health, is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join its growing Primary Care team in Merrimack, New Hampshire. This full-time, hospital-employed role serves patients of all ages and requires the ability to manage a high-volume patient panel while meeting quality goals. The position offers flexible scheduling options and is based at conveniently located practices throughout southern New Hampshire. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a diverse team of primary care providers to deliver comprehensive care, including preventive services, routine checkups, immunizations, and chronic-condition management. The role also includes developing personalized care plans for patients and their families. St. Joseph Hospital is a 208-bed regional healthcare provider with satellite centers in Milford and Merrimack. Requirements

At least two years of experience in Family or Internal Medicine.
Active New Hampshire license.
Ability to manage a high-volume patient panel while achieving quality metrics.
