About The Position

Reid Health is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to join our well-established primary care practice in Connersville, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted practice with a dedicated patient population and a consistent flow of new patients. Our newly relocated facility features on-site laboratory and imaging services, providing convenient, comprehensive care to the surrounding community. The incoming APP will also have the opportunity to take over an established patient panel, allowing them to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.

Requirements

Successful completion from a qualified NP/PA program
Indiana Professional License
Must maintain BLS/ACLS

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and patient-centered primary care.
Join an established primary care team.
Take over an established APP's patient panel of approximately 1,265 patients.
Utilize modern clinical capabilities including EKG, punch biopsy, sutures, cryotherapy, CLIA-waived point-of-care testing, VFC, and pediatric vision and hearing screenings.
