About The Position

OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate, skilled Medical Provider to provide whole-person primary care in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. The provider will deliver comprehensive medical services, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with a care team to support optimal health outcomes. The role includes office and telehealth visits, with occasional same-day appointments, and uses a functional and integrative medicine approach. Guaranteed salary is offered, with earning potential of $300k+ and relocation assistance.

Requirements

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs and imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
