About The Position

OnePeak Medical is seeking a Medical Provider to deliver comprehensive, whole-person primary care in a supportive, forward-thinking environment focused on functional and integrative medicine. The provider will build lasting patient relationships, collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, and help patients achieve optimal health outcomes. Care is provided through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments. Compensation includes a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, and relocation is offered.

OnePeak provides functional medicine onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training, along with administrative, coding, billing, medical assistant, and medical scribe support. The role offers a four-day work week, flexible scheduling, and no nights or weekends. OnePeak also provides opportunities for career advancement and continuing education.

Requirements

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments; order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging; and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients about preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
• Document visits in the electronic health record (EHR) in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and support clinic operations.
