About The Position

OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate, skilled Medical Provider to deliver whole-person primary care in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. The provider will offer comprehensive medical services, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to support optimal health outcomes. The role includes office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments, using preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine approaches.

OnePeak offers functional medicine onboarding, clinical mentorship, and ongoing training, alongside administrative, coding, and billing support. Providers have access to medical assistant and medical scribe support. The schedule is a flexible four-day work week with no nights or weekends. Compensation is a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300,000 or more; relocation is offered.

Requirements

• Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA-C, MD, or DO, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or an applicable specialty.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with electronic health records.
• Accepted Nurse Practitioner licenses: FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) or AGNP-PC (Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner—Primary Care).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments; order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging; and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients about preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
• Document visits in the electronic health record in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
