About The Position

OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate, skilled medical provider to deliver whole-person primary care in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. The provider will offer comprehensive medical services, build lasting relationships with patients, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to improve health outcomes. The role focuses on preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine and includes office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.

The position offers a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300,000 or more, and relocation assistance is offered. OnePeak provides comprehensive onboarding, clinical mentorship, and ongoing training in functional and integrative medicine. The position has a four-day work week, flexible scheduling, and no nights or weekends. Administrative, coding, and billing support are provided, with medical assistant and medical scribe support available.

Requirements

• Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA-C, MD, or DO, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or an applicable specialty.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records.
• Accepted Nurse Practitioner licenses: FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) or AGNP-PC (Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments; order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging; and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
• Document visits in the electronic health record in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
