Primary Care APRN-Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Northeast Medical Group
About The Position
Northeast Medical Group (NEMG), part of Froedtert ThedaCare Health, Inc., is seeking full-time or part-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (Nurse Practitioners) or Physician Assistants for Wisconsin clinics in Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, Plymouth, Sheboygan, and Two Rivers. NEMG serves the Sheboygan, Manitowoc, and Fond du Lac area, with more than 130 physicians and clinicians across nine Wisconsin locations. Team members collaborate with specialists in a multispecialty group to provide comprehensive, coordinated care in a patient-centered environment that emphasizes community engagement and personalized care. Requirements
- For Nurse Practitioners: A master's degree in nursing and graduation from an accredited Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner program are required.
- For Nurse Practitioners: A current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a multistate nursing license from a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state is required.
- For Nurse Practitioners: Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing is required.
- For Nurse Practitioners: Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) is required.
- For Nurse Practitioners: American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS), or an AHA-approved equivalent, is required upon hire.
- For Nurse Practitioners: Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration are required, or the candidate must be eligible to obtain them.
- For Physician Assistants: A bachelor's degree in physician assistant studies is required.
- For Physician Assistants: Current state certification as a PA and current DEA registration are required.
- For Physician Assistants: American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS), or an AHA-approved equivalent, is required upon hire.
- For Physician Assistants: Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration are required, or the candidate must be eligible to obtain them.
