About The Position

Frontier Direct Care delivers direct primary care (DPC) to employer-sponsored patient populations. Providers manage a defined patient panel with an emphasis on continuity, preventive care, and chronic disease management, using lower daily patient volumes and longer visits than traditional fee-for-service primary care. Frontier is hiring Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to serve as primary clinicians providing patient support, treatment, and management. This is a full-scope, hands-on primary care role involving chronic disease management, in-office procedures, and long-term patient relationships. Clinics are expanding in Mesquite, Texas, and Duncanville, Texas.
