About The Position

Oregon Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our Primary Care team at Garden Way Medical Clinic in Eugene, OR. Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate program.
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate, or ability to obtain prior to start.
  • Oregon license or ability to obtain prior to start.
  • DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start.
  • Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Outpatient only Primary Care
  • Partner with physicians in a shared-panel, team-based care model
  • Average 16-17 patients per day
