About The Position

The Pricing Support Specialist plays a key part in ensuring pricing accuracy and consistency across all customer accounts and internal systems.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining data integrity across multiple systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• 3-5 years of experience in pricing, data entry, or analytical role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or food industry setting preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Ross, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer pricing files, including contract pricing and promotional pricing.
• Accurately load and manage pricing data in ERP systems and customer portals.
• Analyze pricing discrepancies and assist in resolving pricing-related issues with internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate pricing implementation.
• Prepare reports and analysis related to pricing activity and performance.
• Support audits and reviews of pricing structures to ensure compliance and profitability.
• Monitor expiration dates on customer pricing and assist in renewal or revision processes.
• Assist with pricing simulations, scenario planning, and margin analysis as needed.
