About The Position

Trivergix Group (TXG), based in St. Louis, MO, has an immediate opening for a Pricing Specialist. This position’s main responsibility is day-to-day coordination of quoting functions between clients and vendors. These duties include:

* Direct Communications w/ Clients – Scope/Service review and pricing/quote submittals
* Direct Communications w/ Vendors - Request services and cost determination
* Revenue/Cost Modeling & Estimations
* Reporting & Tracking
* Other Miscellaneous Tasks & Duties as determined by the Sales and Operations Management

Required to have the ability to follow both defined/structured & loosely developed processes using common technologies, forms, and basic experiences to manage day-to-day workflow - which may be done independently or with a team. Expected Work Environment is 100% in office – working in office 5 Days a week at the Chesterfield, MO office.

Requirements

• Ability to follow both defined/structured & loosely developed processes using common technologies, forms, and basic experiences to manage day-to-day workflow
• Local to St. Louis MO.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Strong and articulate written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills: attention to detail and ability to multi-task & prioritize deliverables.
• Logic-based process orientation
• Team player, able to collaborate with both internal teammates and clients/vendors.
• Ability to work with diverse teams locally and remotely.
• Strong client service focus
• Computer Literacy; working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint) along with various other web-based systems.
• Ability to perform & succeed with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years job experience preferred.
• Transportation/Distribution/Logistics experience preferred.
• Cargowise experience is a plus.
