Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 8–12+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in pricing strategy for tech or service-based products — such as SaaS, DaaS, platform, or subscription-based solutions — within life sciences, health tech, real-world data, or an adjacent sector
  • Deep expertise in pricing frameworks, methodologies, and models, with a demonstrable history of building pricing strategies that have driven meaningful revenue growth and margin improvement
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership in presenting complex pricing strategies, rationale, and recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the enterprise-wide pricing strategy across TriNetX's full product and solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, competitive positioning, and long-term revenue goals
  • Serve as TriNetX's internal authority on pricing — bringing deep expertise in competitive dynamics, market trends, and buyer behavior to inform and influence decisions at the executive level
  • Architect sophisticated pricing models and frameworks spanning diverse customer segments, deal structures, and go-to-market motions, including but not limited to subscription, usage-based, and value-based pricing approaches
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate the revenue, margin, and profitability impact of various pricing scenarios, delivering clear and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing — providing pricing guidance that supports revenue growth, competitive differentiation, and long-term customer value
  • Translate complex pricing analyses and market intelligence into compelling, executive-ready narratives that influence strategy with clarity and confidence
  • Continuously monitor the financial performance of implemented pricing strategies, benchmarking actual outcomes against projections and proactively recommending course corrections as market conditions shift
  • Identify emerging pricing opportunities and white space across the real-world data, health tech, and life sciences landscape, staying ahead of industry trends and competitive moves
