About The Position

If you enjoy using data to influence strategy and want to see your work directly impact attendance, this role is a great fit. As a Pricing Promotions Analyst, you’ll help shape how we attract guests to our theatres through targeted pricing strategies and promotions. In this role, you’ll partner across teams to design and execute promotions tied to film releases, customer behavior, and market trends. You’ll analyze performance, optimize offers, and help ensure promotions are both effective and operationally seamless.

Requirements

• Experience working with data, analytics, pricing, or promotions in a business environment
• Comfortable using Excel (and ideally Power BI or SQL) to analyze and interpret data
• Able to turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Communicate effectively and collaborate well across teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI or SQL

Responsibilities

• Design and execute ticket pricing promotions based on film performance, seasonality, and business goals
• Analyze promotion performance to identify trends, measure impact, and optimize future strategies
• Develop targeted offers using customer segmentation and behavioral insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure promotions align with studio requirements and operational needs
• Build reporting and track key metrics to continuously improve promotional effectiveness
