Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, analytics, or commercial strategy.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo.
MBA or other advanced business degree.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing strategies across the Americas by evaluating market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and business objectives to drive profitable growth.
Lead pricing initiatives, including price modeling, margin analysis, and business case development, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align on pricing decisions.
Provide strategic oversight of pricing programs and customer funding initiatives, ensuring effective governance, policy compliance, and performance tracking.
Deliver advanced pricing analytics and recommendations, including price impact assessments, profitability analysis, and customer-specific pricing support that enable informed business decisions.
Manage pricing communications and tools, ensuring accurate, timely, and effective delivery of pricing information to internal teams and channel partners.
Oversee pricing governance, processes, and systems to maintain data integrity, operational excellence, and alignment with global pricing policies.
Lead and develop pricing talent and capabilities by fostering collaboration, building scalable analytical tools, and driving continuous improvement across the pricing function.
