The Pricing Manager is the organizational owner of Pricing for the brand. This role is responsible for building the pricing strategy from the ground up, defining frameworks, processes, tools, and governance that maximize revenue, margin, competitiveness, and customer value perception across all markets (enterprise, regional, and country-level). This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact individual contributor role that combines strategic leadership with tactical execution, requiring someone comfortable designing long-term pricing strategy while also rolling up their sleeves to implement, maintain, analyze, and iterate pricing decisions in real time. You will partner closely with Senior Leadership, Merchandising/Product, Finance, Strategy, and Operations to build and maintain a pricing system that is data‑driven, competitive, and aligned with brand, margin, and growth objectives.
