Building Our Wireless World, Together®. Tessco is seeking an experienced and results-driven Pricing Manager to lead our pricing function and a team of pricing analysts in a dynamic B2B environment. This role is responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies, pricing systems, rebate programs, and analytical processes that support revenue growth, margin optimization, and customer profitability. The Pricing Manager will serve as a key business partner across Sales, Vendor Management, Solutions Development, Finance, and Executive Leadership, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical expertise with exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will improve pricing accuracy, increase visibility into pricing and rebate performance, strengthen analytical capabilities across the organization, and drive measurable improvements in profitability through data-driven pricing strategies and operational excellence. This is a hybrid role (3 days a week in office) in Hunt Valley, MD - Must be located within commuting distance.
