About The Position
Etstur is seeking a Pricing Data Entry Assistant Specialist to support accurate and timely entry and maintenance of hotel pricing and promotional information. The role processes contracted rates, hotel promotions, rate revisions, early booking updates, and other changes in the system; monitors the accuracy and publication of this information; supports operational processes; and prepares weekly reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Travel Agency Management.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Male applicants must have completed military service.
Nice To Haves
- Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Travel Agency Management.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and comprehensively enter contracted rates into the system when they are ready for sale.
- Set up promotional offers received from hotels in the system and monitor the related processes.
- Ensure promotional offers and related circulars are published.
- Process rate revisions, early booking updates, and other relevant changes in the system.
- Monitor data accuracy and keep system information up to date.
- Support the efficient and timely execution of operational processes.
- Prepare weekly reports on completed tasks.
