About The Position

The Pricing and Contracts Specialist supports the Pricing team by ensuring pricing information is collected, reviewed, and entered into company systems accurately and on time. The role collaborates with the Customer, Commercialization, Revenue Growth Management, and Shared Business Services teams. It maintains customer, pricing, and data information in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the pricing authorization tool and customer portal. The specialist also reviews master data for inconsistencies, verifies information using independent sources, and helps produce reports with the Pricing Supervisor and team members. The role supports pricing processes, including year-end routines, meets or exceeds key performance indicators, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. Other duties may be assigned. This is a full-time position with an 8:30 a.m. start.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
• At least 1 to 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
