About The Position

Fastfrate Group is seeking a Pricing Clerk to join their team in Calgary. This role supports the administration and maintenance of customer pricing agreements, handles pricing-related inquiries, and ensures accurate billing information. The position is permanent, non-union, and operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm in an office environment. Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma required
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field is considered an asset
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Previous experience within the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry is considered an asset
  • Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, or accounting processes is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer rate agreements, tariffs, and pricing information within internal systems to support accurate billing and invoicing.
  • Review and validate pricing data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information and work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Respond to pricing-related inquiries from customers, Sales, Operations, and other internal departments via telephone and email.
  • Support the preparation, administration, and implementation of customer pricing agreements and rate updates.
  • Investigate invoice discrepancies, pricing adjustments, and billing concerns to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Administration team and cross-functional departments to support daily operations and continuous process improvement.
  • Assist with maintaining organized and accurate pricing records, documentation, and reporting.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced transportation environment while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Pricing department as required.
  • Perform other duties as required.
