About The Position

Fastfrate Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing and communications across its multiple business units. This hands-on, execution-focused role involves content creation, social media management, presentation development, and marketing operations support. The ideal candidate is early in their career, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing creative and operational tasks. This role contributes directly to the success of customers, operations, and the Fastfrate Group as a whole, within a supportive environment that values collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience managing social media (LinkedIn preferred)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working across teams and taking direction

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to B2B marketing or logistics/transportation is considered an asset
  • Basic understanding of email marketing tools or CMS platforms is considered an asset
  • Experience working with Sales teams to support presentations, collateral, or client-facing materials is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all social media activities for the Fastfrate Group (six brands), including planning, writing, designing, and scheduling posts aligned with campaigns and company updates.
  • Coordinate content across multiple business units for social media.
  • Monitor social media engagement and provide basic performance insights.
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations for sales teams, leadership meetings, and marketing initiatives, formatting content into clear, professional decks using brand templates.
  • Design and update one-pagers, social graphics, event materials, and internal documents using Canva, working within established brand guidelines and templates.
  • Own the development and distribution of internal newsletters, coordinating content from different departments and ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with company initiatives.
  • Work closely with Sales (for collateral and presentations) and Marketing (for campaign execution) to keep projects organized, on track, and delivered on time.
