We develop pricing strategies, drive monetization initiatives, and perform competitive benchmarking to enable Services growth, accelerate AI-driven offerings, and unlock upsell potential across our services portfolio. We are seeking a strategic Pricing Business Analysis Manager to support the development of pricing and monetization strategies. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will help define how Cisco captures value in a competitive, evolving market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, pricing strategy, or financial analysis within tech, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and pricing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical platforms (SQL, Python, Excel, or Tableau).

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Previous experience at a leading management consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple customers.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading monetization models.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience delivering insights to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of pricing and monetization strategies across the services portfolio.
  • Analyze customer buying behaviors, price elasticity, and willingness to pay to optimize strategies.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to benchmark pricing trends within the high-tech industry.
  • Apply SQL and Python to analyze large data sets, providing clear recommendations to drive growth.
  • Monitor key pricing and discounting KPIs to report actionable insights to leadership.
