As the Pricing and Promotions Strategy Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Cepheid’s commercial strategy – driving revenue growth, market competitiveness, and customer value across our diagnostics portfolio. You will lead the development of pricing frameworks and promotional strategies that align with business objectives and support sustainable growth. We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing and Promotions Strategy Manager/Senior Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of pricing models and promotional programs across Cepheid’s portfolio. This high-impact role is responsible for ensuring our pricing and promotional strategies are market-relevant, customer-centric, and aligned with both short- and long-term commercial goals. You will partner closely with marketing, product management, finance, value & access, and global commercial teams to ensure pricing decisions are data-driven, scalable, and support value-based selling. You will also own the development of targeted promotional programs that drive urgency, support sales execution, and contribute to achieving annual revenue targets. This position reports to the Pricing and Promotions Strategy Director and is part of the North America Marketing organization. This role will be fully remote.
