About The Position

Join a high-performing team that is revolutionizing the wire and cable industry! Copperweld is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical finance professional to support the Strategic Finance team! The Pricing Analyst will assist in analyzing cost fluctuations, supporting pricing strategies, and providing financial insights to optimize pricing decisions. This position is located in Brentwood, TN, and will report to our Finance Director – Sales and Revenue.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of pricing, financial analysis, or related experience.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and adaptable with a proactive mindset

Responsibilities

Provide financial analysis to support pricing decisions and margin enhancement opportunities.
Assist in impact analysis for recommended pricing strategies and cost models.
Prepare pricing proposals for review by management.
Develop an understanding of our products and their applications.
Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to support price adjustments and new product pricing.
Assist in maintaining customer pricing programs, including buying group programs.
Work with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to update and distribute price books.
Assist the FP&A team with pricing analysis and reporting.
Create and update monthly pricing reports to be presented to C-suites and upper management.
Identify and recommend process improvements within the pricing function.
Perform other duties as assigned.
