About The Position

This is a full-time, day-shift position based at our Farmington, NY terminal. As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping Leonard’s Express quote competitively and profitably. You’ll turn raw data into clear, reliable information that supports decision-making across the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
3–5 years of relevant experience
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Love Excel, data, and structured problem-solving
Communicate clearly and can translate complex data into actionable insights
Manage time effectively and consistently deliver accurate reporting
Strong organizational, records management, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently while also taking direction when needed
Adaptability in a fast-moving, ever-changing industry
Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and present data needed to quote customers accurately based on market conditions
Use costing software to obtain customer or lane data
Analyze results, identify errors, and report findings to the Pricing Manager and related teams
Develop and continuously improve pricing processes for greater efficiency
Create Excel-based reports, templates, and tools to streamline data processing
Prepare data and insights for management and leadership review
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Pricing Manager
