About The Position

The Pricing Analyst is an onsite role in Peachtree City, Georgia, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify. The position supports and collaborates with the sales team to prepare and manage sales quotes based on customer requests and pricing guidelines. It coordinates with various departments to ensure quotes are delivered accurately and on time, and that customer pricing conditions are maintained correctly in compliance with company policies and customer requirements. The role communicates with customers to clarify quote details and resolve discrepancies, maintains quote databases, tracking systems, and documentation, and develops standard reports and commercial analyses related to quotes to support sales performance management. It provides professional quotation service to customers in collaboration with Sales, contributing to more efficient sales processes and improved speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
Work experience in sales support or administrative roles coordinating with sales teams, involving quote preparation, marketing data analytics, and data management.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and experience managing data.
Ability to prioritize requests according to urgency and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Responsibilities
