About The Position

The Pricing Analyst supports and collaborates with the sales team to prepare and manage sales quotes based on customer requests and pricing guidelines. The role coordinates with various departments to ensure accurate and timely quote delivery and the correct maintenance of customer pricing conditions in compliance with company policies and customer requirements. It communicates with customers to clarify quote details and resolve discrepancies, and maintains and updates quote databases, tracking systems, and documentation. The Pricing Analyst develops standard reports and commercial analysis related to quotes to support sales performance management. In collaboration with Sales, the role provides professional quotation service to customers, contributing to efficient sales processes and improvements in speed, quality, and customer satisfaction. The position is onsite in Peachtree City, Georgia, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
Work experience in sales support or administrative roles coordinating with sales teams, involving quote preparation, marketing data analytics, and data management.
Proficiency in MS Office, including experience with Excel and managing data.
Ability to prioritize requests according to urgency and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and sales quoting software.
