Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude; diesel or mechanical experience preferred; technical training is a plus.
• Required tools: basic tools needed to perform preventative maintenance work.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL): Class B CDL with air brakes required to safely operate company vehicles.
• Communication skills: strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Technical skills: comfort using computers and technology for documentation and reporting.
• Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Technical training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on heavy equipment.
• Complete routine service work, including changing fluids, replacing filters, lubricating components, and performing minor parts replacement.
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely while working in the shop or field.
• Maintain inventory and organization of the lube truck and service materials.
• Promote preventative maintenance services and support positive customer relationships.
