About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring a Preventative Maintenance Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly by responding to minor equipment maintenance needs and supporting efficient, safe store operations. The role includes replacing plug-and-play equipment and maintaining items such as hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, and HVAC filters. Technicians also manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, schedule and prioritize assignments, and follow service manual guidelines. The position includes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate leadership and effective communication skills.
• Take on project/stretch assignments and facility location ownership.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor equipment repairs, including work involving hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, and HVAC filters.
• Replace plug-and-play equipment.
• Order and manage parts inventory.
• Complete daily reports.
• Schedule and prioritize assignments to ensure efficiency.
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines.
• Work safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
