About The Position

This position will provide administrative and technical oversight for the Preventative Maintenance (PM) System and maintain associated data.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management
• Experience with maintenance, planning, regulations, financial management, interpersonal communication, materials management, records management, and safety management
• Strong analytical and organization skills
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Current Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Three (3) years of experience working with Oracle EAM and PM Analysis experience
• Previous TAPS experience

Responsibilities

• Process, Disposition, and tracking of PM Change Requests (PMCRs) by coordinating with Maintenance, Operations, SERVS, and /or Engineering
• Recommend improvements and changes to the Preventative Maintenance Management process in conjunction with Maintenance, Operations, SERVS, and/or Engineering
• Work closely with the Reliability Engineers and provide SME support to the organization for the Preventative Maintenance Procedure AMS-026-01
• Other duties as assigned
