About The Position

The Prestige Fragrance Advisor drives sales and creates positive customer experiences by delivering excellent service, building client relationships, demonstrating products, and providing customized recommendations across multiple fragrance brands. The role calls for enthusiasm for the fragrance and beauty industry, competitive drive, and confidence in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly, full-time position at Crabtree Mall.

Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Take ownership and initiative in achieving store objectives and personal and store key metrics.
Build genuine relationships with teammates, vendors, customers, and the community to create memorable store experiences.
Deliver excellent service, use clienteling tools, and provide tailored product advice to build customer loyalty.
Execute promotions, special events, and customer outreach to maximize performance and drive sales.
Use selling tools and digital devices to provide an omnichannel experience and communicate inventory, assortment, and product details.
Use training resources and feedback to build product knowledge, suggestive selling skills, and familiarity with industry tips and fragrance trends; encourage repeat client interactions.
Merchandise and replenish products promptly, and maintain visual merchandising, signing, and beauty hygiene standards in line with vendor and company directives.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
Adapt to changing circumstances and assist with selling and store operations tasks as assigned.
Support store fulfillment and asset protection by executing omni and operations processes accurately and efficiently, maintaining product protection standards, and following safety guidelines.
