This role is crucial for maintaining press efficiency by organizing and stacking freshly printed items. The Press Associate will adhere to safety measures, assist Press Operators, and contribute to streamlining the print operation from start to finish. The position requires a changing schedule, potential overtime, and may include shifts from 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. New hires start at $22.25 per hour, with a salary range of $17.32 to $22.25 per hour. An additional night shift differential of $0.50 per hour applies for hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. A retention bonus of two $600 payments is offered, one after 90 days and another after 180 days of service.
