About The Position

The Press Operator I operates manual presses and stacks parts properly at the Willard, Ohio location. The role requires safe operation of presses and similar equipment, compliance with site safety policies and applicable ISO standards and procedures, and participation in training to demonstrate equipment understanding. The operator maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area, identifies concerns and continuous-improvement opportunities, and performs other departmental tasks as assigned by the Stamping Supervisor or Group Leader. The schedule is Sunday night through Thursday night, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Compensation is $20.60 per hour plus a shift premium, totaling $21.60 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Complete all required safety training.
• Ability to work independently or with a group.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Complete the 30-day training form demonstrating understanding of equipment.

• Perform departmental tasks as assigned by the Stamping Supervisor or Group Leader.
