About The Position

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Equipment Feeder to support its production process by keeping machinery supplied with necessary materials and resources. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. The schedule is Thursday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. The anticipated hourly pay range is $18.00–$23.00; the actual offer may depend on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. Taylor reports a workforce of 10,000 employees across dozens of U.S. states and multiple countries.

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
Regularly remain in a stationary position.
Constantly operate machinery and handle products, including print materials.
Frequently move inside the facility.
Regularly move 25 pounds or more by lifting, pushing, pulling, and/or carrying.

Responsibilities

Load and feed materials into production equipment according to specifications and production schedules.
Monitor equipment operation and material flow to prevent production disruptions.
Perform routine equipment checks and report issues to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with equipment setup and adjustment as needed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
