About The Position

Taylor is seeking an Equipment Feeder to support the production process by keeping machinery supplied with the necessary materials and resources. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. The scheduled shift is Thursday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. The anticipated hourly pay range is $18.00–$23.00; the actual offer may depend on qualifications, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications or licenses, and location. Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
Ability to operate machinery and handle products, including print materials.
Ability to move within the facility.
Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 25+ pounds.

Responsibilities

Load and feed materials into production equipment according to specifications and production schedules.
Monitor equipment operation and material flow to prevent production disruptions.
Perform routine equipment checks and report issues to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with equipment setup and adjustment as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
