Press Brake Operator
About The Position
We are seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator to become an integral part of our team! Set up and operate powered brake machines to bend, form or straighten metal plate, as specified by work order, blueprints, drawing, templates, or layout.
Requirements
- Previous experience in CNC Press Brake.
- Knowledge of bend deductions/allowances and an expansive knowledge of tooling is a must.
- Familiarity with engineering/mechanical blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Must know how to read tape measures and calipers.
Responsibilities
- Be dependable based on agreed upon schedule. All absences are pre-planned or excused.
- Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products.
- Follow blueprints to meet product specifications.
- Calculate material measurements to verify specifications.
