About The Position

PD Instore is a future-forward creator of brand solutions that enlightens, inspires, and transforms the consumer’s experience. PD is looking for a quality- and safety-driven Brake Press Operator to support the performance and flow of our manufacturing operations. This role is essential to ensuring precision, efficiency, and on-time production while maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performing shop environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. You bring strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work efficiently to keep production moving. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail-driven environment and are willing to put in extra time when needed to meet demand.

• 5+ years’ experience operating Brake Press equipment
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Prefer 2-year technical/business degree or equivalent experience
• Welding skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate brake press equipment
• Perform all tasks with a strong focus on safety
• Ensure daily production is completed on time and meets quality standards
• Inspect parts and document accuracy to meet all required criteria
• Perform routine equipment maintenance as recommended
• Support production needs across departments as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Performs other duties as assigned
