About The Position

The Presidential Associate (PA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 18-month rotational program consisting of three six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Bachelor’s degree programs. This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders. The Marketing track provides PAs with exposure in the key areas of consumer, product, and digital marketing. The Marketing PA will interact with senior executives within our powerhouse brands and functions. Participants will also gain exposure to the global marketing strategy of the organization and how it is implemented throughout the regions and affiliates. They will gain a comprehensive understanding of ELC brand marketing calendars and competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 (or advanced degree with same graduation dates and up to one year of full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies).
  • Relevant Marketing-related internship or work experience.
  • Demonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
  • Ability to relocate to New York City.
  • Permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction, for all PA candidates. No sponsorship is offered now or at any time in the future.
  • Confirm work authorization status in cover letter.

Nice To Haves

  • Global exposure/study abroad is a plus.
