CEO GLOBAL PRESIDENTIAL PROGRAM - ROTATIONAL LDP, ONLINE (UNDERGRADUATE)
About The Position
The Presidential Associate (PA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 18-month rotational program consisting of three six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Bachelor’s degree programs. This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. The Online track focuses on the increasingly important role of e/m-commerce and digital innovation in today’s retail landscape. The Online PA will be exposed to various functions within our organization with a focus on online commercial programming, site merchandising and analytics, and online marketing across brand.com and retailer.com. There will be a particular focus on emerging channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop, which are fast-growing areas of the business.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 (or advanced degree with up to one year of full-time non-internship work experience)
- Relevant Online-related internship or work experience
- Demonstrated record of achievement
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Permanent US work authorization at the time of application, without restriction, now and in the future.
- Ability to relocate to New York City
